2024 Election Calendar – Updated

In 2024, over four billion people will head to the polls in more than 50 national electoral contests, marking the biggest-ever year for democracy. Seven of the 10 most populous countries in the world – including India, Indonesia, Mexico and Russia – have voted in pivotal elections, while voters in the United States will head to the polls later in the year.

After its initial release in January, this 2024 Election Calendar will be updated every four months to reflect the latest political, economic and security developments as elections conclude.
